Corridor's signature plaid shirts are bespoke made for them in Madras, India — the namesake of that other iconic fabric: Madras check. The distinctive heavy gauge knit of the pattern is achieved using three generations of knowledge in embroidery, hand looming and natural dying. The result is a garment that has come to exemplify the look and feel of Corridor as a brand.
The shirt itself is cut in a relaxed fit, which allows the heavy, drapey fabric to be at it's best. This version sports a pair of pockets on the chest, rather than just one, hidden within the oversized pattern.
