The RG2EX2 is a solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez?for 2005. It was made in Indonesia and was sold exclusively by the American retail chain Guitar Center.

The RG2EX2 features a bound basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual humbucking pickups and a standard hard-tail?bridge. It discontinued in 2007 but was reintroduced in 2010 with a new set of pickups.
